Physical symptoms of deficiency:
first stage of fever (99-101F)
pulsing and throbbing headaches
inflammation
anemia
hemorrhage
sore throat
nose bleeds
colds
flus

Emotional symptoms of deficiency:
At first stimulation and overheating followed by dullness and listlessness

Facial signs of deficiency:
redness
bluish-black under eye circles
paleness of nose, earlobes and lips
a hung over or “didn’t get enough sleep” appearance

Generally helpful for:
weak immune system
day enuresis
increases hemoglobin
headache better from cold application, soreness to touch, cold and noise
acute bronchitis
expectoration of pure blood in pneumonia
