Wondering what EMFs are check out this post.
Now that you know what EMFs are how do decrease your exposure?
Start with the exposures you can control.
WiFi: If you have Wi-Fi in your house consider hard wiring your home. If that is not feasible for whatever reason then work at keeping the Wi-Fi off when it is not being used. The most important time for the Wi-Fi to be off is at night as this is the time the body does the majority of it’s healing.
If you are going to keep Wi-Fi then look into getting a faraday cage for the router like this one from Smart Meter Guard. The cage decreases the radiation, but will not completely eliminate it. The cage will decrease the distance that the Wi-Fi covers in your home as well. Personally I did not notice a drastic difference in the distance, but I did measure a massive decrease in the amount of radiation given off by the router by having it in the cage.
Smart electronics: This includes many things such as Alexa, Google Home, Smart TVs, gaming systems, Smart appliances,
Number one recommendation is get rid of them all if you can. If you absolutely cannot get rid of them then unplug them when they are not being used as they still emit radiation even when they are turned off.
Smart meters: Depending on where you live you may be able to contact your utility company and get any smart meters removed an replaced with at minimum a non-transmitting meter. If you are really lucky you might be able to get an analog meter. Either way be prepared to pay a monthly fee and a removal fee. Many people have reported massive jumps in their utility bills with smart meters and when the smart meter is taken down their bill went back down to the point that paying the monthly fee was less than their bill was when they had the smart meter on their house.
If you cannot get your smart meter removed it is best to sleep as far away from the meter as possible. There are are also guards you can purchase for smart meters, such as this one from Smart Meter Guard.
I get no kick back from the products mentioned. They are products that I have used and had great success with.
